The Levin Brothers: an evening of jazz + compositions by Paul Simon, Peter Gabriel, King Crimson, Ennio Morricone, Jimi Hendrix & more.

LEVIN BROTHERS was founded by Pete and Tony Levin in 2013, After 5 decades of glorious career playing with virtually who is who in all genres of music - jazz, fusion, rock, pop and world music, and after guesting on each other’s projects, two brothers finally decided to have their own jazz band. Levin Brothers released 2 albums: the self-titled first album in 2014, and the follow up live albums ’Special Delivery’ in 2017 and "Live at the Daryl's House" in 2020.. The band has toured all over the USA, and has performed internationally in Canada, Mexico, El Salvador, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay and Japan.

Doors open at 7:00pm, showtime is 8:00pm.

New arrangements of songs you may be familiar with in other genres. You can expect to hear compositions by Paul Simon, Peter Gabriel, King Crimson, Ennio Morricone, Ralph Towner, Astor Piazzolla, Jimi Hendrix and Jimmy Giuffre, as well as originals by the brothers and the band's drummer, Jeff Siegel.

TONY LEVIN

His most notable bass playing albums and tours have been with: Peter Gabriel, King Crimson, John Lennon, Pink Floyd, Lou Reed, Alice Cooper, Buddy Rich, Peter Frampton, Gotye, Carly Simon, Judy Collins, Paula Cole, Chuck Mangione, Steven Wilson, James Taylor, Anderson Bruford Wakeman Howe. Levin is currently a member of the bands King Crimson, Peter Gabriel Band, Stick Men, Levin Brothers. Levin has played on over 500 albums. Some notable sessions include work with John Lennon, Sarah McLachlan, Paula Cole, Stevie Nicks, Pink Floyd, Paul Simon, Lou Reed, David Bowie, Tom Waits, Buddy Rich, Todd Rundgren, Seal, Warren Zevon, and Bryan Ferry

PETE LEVIN

In a diverse music career spanning several decades, keyboardist/arranger Pete Levin has performed and recorded with hundreds of Jazz and Pop artists - including Paul Simon, Annie Lennox, Miles Davis, David Sanborn, Lenny White, Wayne Shorter, Jaco Pastorius, Robbie Robertson and John Scofield - receiving critical accolades for his work during a 15 year association with the legendary Gil Evans, and his 8 year stint with jazz icon Jimmy Giuffre.

JEFF SIEGEL

Drummer/Composer is a veteran of the New York Jazz Scene and has worked with a virtual who's-who of jazz artists. A member of Sir Roland Hanna's Trio from 1994-99, Jeff has performed and recorded with jazz legends including Ron Carter, Kenny Burrell, Jack DeJohnette, Benny Golson, Frank Foster, Helen Merrill and Mose Allison.

ALI RYERSON

Born in New York City, Ali Ryerson has consistently ranked among the top flutists in the Downbeat Jazz Poll for well over a decade. Ali has performed internationally at venues ranging from Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center, to festivals in Switzerland, Peru and Japan. Ali's recording credits include work with jazz greats such as Hubert Laws, Joe Beck, Charlie Parker and Frank Sinatra, with recent guest appearances with Wynton Marsalis and Luciano Pavarotti.
